I order the Rachel Pump two weeks ago. They fit true to size and width. The only problem I found with these shoes is the strap. The buckle is a little tight around my foot. When I adjust the buckle the shoe fits loose. Overall, the quality is great, and very comfortable. It would be a perfect shoe for me if it wasn't for the tight strap.
