Very comfortable yet has a solid, supportive shank to support sole and forefoot. No flopping around like the Merrell products. Although the sole is fairly stiff it flexes just enough and teh insole that comes with it is very soft and comfortable so you can be on your feet all day without fatigue. Also, the shoe looks professional enough that it works great for the office. Plus it accomodates orthotics very well. Unlike the other reviewer's experience, I found that the shoe fits just right.
